NTEGRATE is a GESEM solution that expands its approach to professional development by introducing a third dimension, Purpose Skills, alongside Soft Skills and Digital Skills. The model presents these three dimensions as complementary parts of the same system, connecting skills, context and purpose within a single approach to learning.

To communicate this approach, a visual language was developed around geometric shapes and fine lines, combined with moving colour gradients. The geometry provides a precise and structured foundation, while movement and changes in colour introduce a more dynamic dimension. Together, these elements visually convey the idea of a system made up of different components that interact and work together.

Black is used as the common background across the pieces, while the six colours associated with the different areas of INTEGRATE introduce different points of focus within the system. 

The campaign was developed in different social media formats, combining static posts, carousels and motion graphics. This selection includes two carousels and three reels created as part of the communication campaign for INTEGRATE.
